European Tour 1998 / Paris, France | July 6

 		 #4887 - c. 1990's ATELIER VERSACE Nude Silk Chiffon Beaded and Trained Gown  with Beaded Gossamer and Boned Body Undergarment Owned By Whitney Houston and Worn On-Stage July 6, 1998 in Paris during European Tour!  In 1989 Gianni Versace opened Atelier Versace, his couture workshop producing the "top of the line" pieces. This is one of his creations prior to his death in 1997.  These Atelier gowns can cost up to $90,000! Each! :) If you want a new Atelier Versace gown now, they closed shop in 2004 and now will only design for privileged customers.. sometimes waiting 4 months for their gowns to be completed!! Pick any A-list name and you will find them in Atelier Versace.... Uma Thurman, Halle Berry,  Jessica Alba, Kate Hudson, Charlize Theron, Penelope Cruz, etc. And now you can add your name to the list! As thin a nude material as you can find, wrapped and beaded with gold floral design.  The back has a nude panel to practically disappear when on, and then comes the gossamer golden near cellophane-like panel to barely cover your leg at the extreme high side slit. This panel is also rhinestoned and trained.  The gown has a complete inner boned bodysuit so no other undergarments are necessary.  I could price this gown easily at $10,000, but thanks to Whitney, I bought this gown at the right price... and I'm allowing you loads of $$ to take to one of those ridiculously overpriced couture dry-cleaners to get the internal body suit spot cleaned (see photos) so it will be good as new! Measures: 33/34" bust, 25-27" waist, 36/37" hips, 62" long from shoulder to hem in front, 77" long in back.  After trying it on (unbelieveable cleavage for my 34C bust!), for those of you with larger bums (like me), you might just need an extension for the inner bodysuit for comfort.  Not a big deal).  Excellent condition except for inner bodice bodysuit which has what can only be described as crud to get cleaned.  Whitney wore the gown again briefly onstage at the International Achievement in Arts Awards in Sept. 98.  If it's good enough for Halle Berry at the Oscars and Whitney Houston... it's good enough for you!! Oh, and Special Thanks to Whitney's huge fan, Jace for locating the photos of Whitney in this gown!! :)  NEW LISTING! Click on image for additional photos!		 #4893- c. 1990's OWNED and WORN by Whitney Houston Black Stretch Beaded Dress with Sheer Sleeves and Long Fringe Skirt!  Every once in a while I dress up in my own vintage pieces.  Only rarely, as I spend most of my time working on this website!!!  No time to go anyway.  My job is to dress YOU!  However, I was an usher at a local theater production of  "Thoroughly Modern Millie" and needed something perfect to wear to get the audience "in the mood".  I wore this sexy, tight-fitted number with black beading at neckline and hipline, black macrame also at the hipline, and then that great overskirt of long silk fringe originally worn by Whitney Houston! I got a thrill from telling people who wore it before me... as well as from over-heading the ladies in the audience say to each other "look at that great dress".  The fringe moves with you as you shimmy, it shimmies!   It looks better on when you actually have arms! :) Impossible to measure. Totally stretchy!  I had to cuff up the sleeves for my 5'2" body, but worked fine. 41" long from shoulder to hem.  Back zipper. Rhinestone buttons at upper back. Excellent condition. Click on image for additional photos!		 #4916 - c. 1990's Owned By Whitney Houston Black Stretch Velvet Dress with Long Sash!  First things first... the rhinestone bow pin is mine.  Get your own!  :O  I just wanted to show you what it might look like.  The rhinestone buttons on the sleeve cuffs DO come with the dress.  This is my second Whitney Houston dress with this same long side sash look.  I wonder who wore this look first... Whitney or Princess Diana... you know that similar style dress she wore her first night out alone after Camilla-gate! :) These are just awesome on! Black stretch velvet turtleneck bodice with diagonal cut stretch velvet skirt - hugging every curve god (or your plastic surgeon) gave you.  I can't possibly measure this dress, just be a size 2-6 and it should work for you.  The mannequin is a 35/25/36 and looks as sexy as she ever looked. 36" long from shoulder to hem, 56" long from shoulder to end of scarf.  Excellent condition. NEW LISTING!  #4882 - Original WHITNEY HOUSTON's Highly Coveted Silver Beaded and Rhinestone Bustier on Black Velvet! This was the item at the auction that had vintage clothing collectors and Whitney Houston fans salivating! The Holy Grail! :)  It was highlighted on many of the news programs announcing the auction. And for good reason!  The design is KILLER, and the bra construction is the best!  From the 1999 Tour. Stiff front nearly stands up on its own!  Silver beads, sequins, faux pearls and rhinestones over a black velvet base which also wraps around the halter neck and stretches around the back. Excellent condition. Any beading that may be missing is of no consequence.  Can be worn, or framed as a work of art.  Wish I knew the designer of this piece... I'm thinking Bob Mackie as Whitney had other unlabeled Mackie pieces. Interior bra measures up to 26" waist.  NEW LISTING!

Previously Owned by WHITNEY HOUSTON!  One of the Holy Grail Mackie pieces!!!  Top couture Bob Mackie gown previously owned by Whitney Houston!!  This gown weighs an unbelievable 8 pounds!! Photographed in black and white for the "Unmistakable Mackie" book, this gown is encrusted with gold bugle beads! Looks like a 14k gold Oscar statuette as it drapes the body like the woman in the photo... less exciting on the dressform. This was not a Mackie gown meant for the general public. This is a couture piece with no lining. It's beaded only onto a black net background, so it's sheer, but only slightly as the beads cover every square inch!  Draping low cowl neck back.  Padded shoulders. Near Mint condition. SOLD on LAYAWAY		 #4902 - Original WHITNEY HOUSTON's White Stretch Fringe and Silver Beaded Dress!  Yeah, I know, you aren't supposed to have favorites when it comes to your "children", but I have to confess a particular fondness for the silver bustier and this wonderfully white  stretch "flapper" dress.  It's just a basic body-hugging tank dress, but over the skirt are two layers of white fringe, covered with silver plastic beaded fringes dangling from a beaded decorative trim below hips.  At the shoulders are matching diamond beaded appliques and four rows of silver beads to tease over the breasts in front... and to entice those behind you! Looks incredible on!  Wearable for a 20s costume, but also wearable as the greatest evening dress you will find!  This fits me very well at 33"/34" C bust and fits the mannequin at 35" bust and will likely go to 36" bust, 36" hips best I think, 41" long from shoulder to hem.  These stretch garments are HARD to measure!!  Sparkly with and sassy fringe as you move!  Near Mint condition!  #4912 - Original WHITNEY HOUSTON's Brown Stretch Velvet Mega Beaded Halter Gown with Long Evening Coat! Worn for Ebony Magazine's 50th Anniversary Special in 1996! There were so many wonderful gowns at the Whitney Houston auction, but some are even more special than others!  This is one! After purchasing over 50 wardrobe items from the auction, I have been searching for photos of Whitney wearing the gowns, dresses, bustiers, jackets, etc.  I know for a fact that if Whitney liked a style, she would purchase in a variety of colors. It's possible that the clip and photo of Whitney in this gown is actually a lighter colored version, but hard to tell if it's the lighting or the gown!  Anyway... this one is a dark brown stretch velvet halter gown dripping with deep cranberry drop beads in five rows around the gown!  Comes with matching plain stretch velvet long sleeved coat.  There is an ABC-TV You Tube clip of Whitney wearing this gown and coat (and a photo shown below) at the Ebony Magazine 50th Anniversary Special in 1996.  At the event, Whitney sang "I Love the Lord" and "Joy to the World".   The gown is impossible to measure but this is one of the smaller ones... It's too tight on the 35" bust... and it barely closes.  I'd say best for 33" bust, 24-26" waist, up to 36" hips tops!  It's 61" long from shoulder to hem and 63" long in back.  53" long jacket. Near Mint condition and ready to wear.  And feels SOOOOO soft!!!!  Quality goods! NEW LISTING!

 #4883 - Original WHITNEY HOUSTON's Fabulously Beaded Red Floral Bustier!  Worn On-Stage by Whitney on her 1993/1994 Tour in Rio! The year she won the Grammy for Best Album, Best Song and Best Female Vocal  for "The Bodyguard" and "I Will Always Love You". You have to look at the close-up photos of the beading on this piece. I'll just sit here and wait for you while you look.... la...de...da.  OK, are you back?  I'm not kidding right?  Fabulous!!  Purples and greens, reds and pinks, orange and white. Like a Monet painting!  She wore it with a matching floral chiffon enormous bellbottomed pants suit.   The beading is intense but gradually gets more sporadic at the bottom.  Great heart-shaped boned bodice. Amazingly fits me like it was made for me! Even though my "c" cup size is obviously much larger than Whitney's (as the cup size in this is small), but STILL fits and looks great! Measures:  33" bust, 25/26" waist, up to 36" hips, 18" long from top to bottom at front. If you are larger than these measurements it won't fit!  No stretch! Heavy plastic zipper at back. #4908 - Original WHITNEY HOUSTON's 3-Piece Deerskin colored Stretch Beaded Skirt and Zip Front Matching Jacket! Comes with Matching Plain Stretch Pants! Worn On-Stage Singing "It's All in Me"! I call this the "Indian" suit as it is the color of deerskin and the beading reminds me of the fringe you would see on traditional Native American dress. In actuality, it's a stretch heavy cotton-texture, zip front suit jacket with beaded bodice, beaded hemline and beading around sleeves.  Then the matching miniskirt has beading at the hem, so you see 2 rows of beading at the hemline! The beads dangle from elaborate woven ribbons. The plain matching pants can be exchanged for the skirt for two different looks.  Excellent condition. I found a quick video of Whitney singing "It's All In Me" in this outfit... with the pants, but I don't know yet at what event. Look QUICKLY.... it's the first outfit on the video, and it's just a peak, but no question it is the outfit!  Looks like something she might have worn during her South African performance. Hard to measure as it's very stretchy! Probably best up to 34" bust, 26" waist, up to 36" hips.  But certainly can go smaller (looks great on the mannequin at 30" bust, 23" waist, 34" hips!)... and may go a bit larger.. mostly in the bust.  Heavy zipper at front.  The skirt and pants have elastic waists. How would you like to walk down the aisle in Whitney Houston's gown?  I figure this would make a wonderful wedding gown! It's a wonderfully white, simply elegant gown with a totally sequined bodice giving it just the right amount of flash.  Wear with or without the matching coat.  NOTE:  This gown doesn't look like it was ever worn, nor finished. There is no hem yet, it's just cut.  And the straps are just straight pinned on and not yet cut to size.  But that's the good news... as it keeps this very white gown...very white! Excellent condition with just one hint of very light smudge near the bottom of the gown. but unless you are a giant, you will be hemming this up! It's a wild 70" long from shoulder to end!!!  It's also much larger than most of her gowns, so perhaps they were planning to tailor it, but never got around to it.  Measures:  38" bust, up to 45" hips.  #4895 - Original WHITNEY HOUSTON's Ruby Red Velvet Stretch Gathered Gown! Worn On-Stage when Singing "Alfie" at the BET Walk of Fame in 1996! After purchasing over 50 wardrobe items from the auction, I have been searching for photos of Whitney wearing the gowns, dresses, bustiers, jackets, etc.  I know for a fact that if Whitney liked a style, she would purchase in a variety of colors.  I found this photo of Whitney in a gray version of this gown, but then finally found her a YouTube video of Whitney in the actual ruby red stretch velvet gown here for sale  Follow the video link listed under the photo!  NOTE:  I added the bow pin at the bust, it doesn't come with the gown. As brilliant as you can get!  Must have cost a pretty penny. Black stretch The matching rhinestone studded Pamela Dennis dress originally sold for $1,400+. Near Mint condition.  Impossible to measure as it's very stretchy! But I'm 5'2" tall with fairly long torso for my height (yes, that means I have midget legs - stop laughing!!!). Anyway, this fits me very well at 33"/34" C bust (oh, la la - the cleavage!) ... and fits the mannequin at 35" bust.. might even go to 36" bust.  The straps are short and tight and the crotch is fine.   If you are Whitney height you may need a crotch extender (like a bra extender).... all depends on your hip measurement.  These stretch garments are HARD to measure!!  SOOO sparkly on as you move!  If there are any rhinestones missing, there is no indication of it! Yup, at first look it's a gown, but look closer and you will see the short skirt underneath.  There is a beaded very low hip "belt" with black beaded and silk fringe to the ground!!!  So... as you move, so will the fringe... all around you!  The bodice is also fully beaded in large "v" shape.  The gown fits like lycra to hug you everywhere for a complete form fitted look. Measures: 60" long from shoulder to hem, 37" long from shoulder to bottom of inner dress. Impossible to measure as it's very stretchy! Excellent condition. Everything looks like it's all there, but it could benefit from a tightening of some of the bead fringe. NEW LISTING!

This is the couture level Marc Bouwer, the rage of celebrity red carpet wear combining the look of jetset chic and old Hollywood glamour.  Worn by the likes of Melania Trump (who can buy and wear anything on earth!), Angelina Jolie (wore her Bouwer to the Oscars in 2004), Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, Shania Twain, Marcia Cross, Ivana Trump... just to name a few. Glorious color, incredible fit!  This dress reminds me of one of Princess Diana's famous dresses! The red sash is made of a kind of netting fabric with a small red rhinestone diamond ornament.   Near Mint condition.  Marc Bouwer was obviously one of Whitney's favorites as well... as she owned many of his pieces. Top of the line Lagerfeld label at couture level.  Lagerfeld is yet another A-list star favorite.... as seen on Nicole Kidman and dare I say, Lindsey Lohan.  The material is the star of this piece... doesn't need any other glitz! The elegant gown has a plunging neckline and mermaid hemline and unique bodice tailoring.  The jacket is very sporty in it's shape and detailing for eveningwear. Belted, with vertical logo zippers at bust, large patch pockets and tabbed lapel.  Same fabulous metallic woven fabric as the gown.  Near Mint condition.  Measures: 36" bust, up to 28" waist, up to 37" hips.  The gown was "as found" with hem out, so you can hem to your height, but you can still see the hem fold at about 68" long from shoulder to hem!!!  Labeled size 40 which equals US Size 10 according to the charts, but we all know that French women have tiny butts, so I suggest you may want to size down to fit our American asses. :)  Mine included! :) NEW LISTING! I told you I bought the "best of the best" at this Auction!  Zowie! This is a 3-piece outfit.  The amazing black and gold beaded bustier with attached jeweled dog collar... comes with a plain black stretch long evening skirt AND black stretch velvet legging pants - so you can have two different looks. The bustier is obviously the highlight.  It's got so much going on, I don't have the space here to describe it all... look at the close-up photos and notice the large amber jewel at the neck.  It's constructed with bra and stretches around the back for a perfect fit. Near mint condition. Measures:  54-57" long skirt, 44" long pants. Impossible to measure otherwise as it's very stretchy! NEW LISTING!
