Extremely Rare
LILLY DACHE, Paris/New York Bowler of "Sheaffer's
Ink Blue Satin with Heavy Fish Net Veiling. Showroom Sample! One of the most special hats from this museum collection!
Near mint condition, this hat may have been worn by a runway model,
and/or it was a showroom sample!! There is a paper label inside the
hat with a model number and a price of $79.50 or $99.50 (hard to
tell which), but either price would have been exorbitant! The only
thing wrong with this hat is that one of the small combs from the
inside is missing (the loop for the comb is still there).
Magnificent. The color of that satin is as rare as a rare
bird. Fits to sit on top of a normal sized head. Don't
miss out if you have a hat collection! There's always layaway! :)
